Villa Danica, located on the island of Krk in Malinska, village of Sveti Vid, has three apartments in the main house and to the left next to it is a detached bungalow. All apartments have their own entrance, one bedroom each, kitchen with dining room, bathroom, sitting terrace as well as air conditioning, Sat TV and WiFi. In the yard with lots of greenery and olive trees, there is a new swimming pool with a sunbathing area and barbecue for all guests, as well as a parking lot for four cars. It is about 1 km or 10 minutes to the sea and the center of Malinska. walks. There are several shopping opportunities and good restaurants nearby. The airport is 13 km away. Pets by arrangement. You will hardly find a better apartment in Krk, with extremely hospitable owners and a good price. The apartments are spacious, equipped and clean, with air conditioning, a terrace and a swimming pool. We had a phenomenal week here and will definitely be back.

The apartment was comfortable, big and clean. The surroundings are beautifully decorated and peaceful (an excellent place for relaxation and rest), the swimming pool is just another big plus in addition to everything else. The hosts are wonderful. We will definitely come back again.

We arrived for a short vacation and Mrs. Zvjezdana warmly welcomed us and showed us everything. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures and has absolutely everything you need. The pool is spacious and clean, when you're not swimming, you have deckchairs for resting, an umbrella and an outdoor shower. There is a beautiful covered terrace by the pool where there is a huge table with benches, a grill, a fridge, a sink and everything you need to enjoy yourself. The yard and yard are huge and beautifully decorated with lots of olives, rosemary, lavender and other herbs. The house is located in a quiet location and you can really relax. If you like pleasant company, there is a wonderful owner of Zvjezdan with whom you can talk about everything. We went home very satisfied and immediately booked an appointment for next summer.

We (2 adults with 2 children) were on holiday with the Matica family again this year and would enjoy it any time. We found a very clean, well-equipped apartment, as described. The apartment really has everything you need. Everything is lovingly furnished. The landlady's warm manner makes you feel immediately comfortable and somehow at home. There was nothing to complain about. The pool and the pool house are perfect for relaxing and even when the temperature is high you can always find a pleasant shady spot in the beautifully landscaped garden with lots of lavender and olive trees. The landlady gave us valuable tips about excursions, restaurants or other questions. It wasn't the last time we were there! Thank you for everything!

We stayed with the Matica family for 9 days in June 2024. The apartments are very clean and lovingly furnished. We were given a very warm welcome by our landlady and it immediately felt like home. The recommendations for restaurants, excursions, shopping or untouched nature made every day a great experience. In the evening we went to cool off in the in-house pool, in the middle of a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden. Afterwards we were able to end the evening in the cozy barbecue area with a glass of wine or something similar. The sunset with a view of the sea was always a wonderful end to the perfect day. After an organized afternoon of handicrafts, each of us was allowed to take home a homemade souvenir made of lavender. We had a relaxing, great break with you and will definitely come back.
