Apartment reservation is made by paying an advance payment to a current account. Upon arrival and accommodation in the apartment, the remaining part is paid. You get the apartment key from the owner. Children up to 3 years old stay for free. In case of cancellation of the reservation only up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit is returned. The price of the final cleaning of the apartment is not included in the price, it is paid as an additional cost. The price of the final cleaning is €60. The deposit for damages is €200. The deposit is returned after handover of the apartment without damage. Arrival time at the apartment after 2 pm. Departure from the apartment by 9 am. Pets are not allowed. House rules must be respected from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. House parties are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Small children live in the house. Only registered guests can stay in the apartment. It is forbidden to use private electrical devices, refrigerators, fans. Taking towels, blankets, and other things out of the apartment is not allowed
Residential tax is included in price.When making a reservation, advance payment in the amount of 20% of the reservation. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment. In case of cancellation of the reservation only up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit is returned.
