Three bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and has a terrace of 20 m2 while the one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and has one spacious terrace of 20 m2. All apartments have: satellite TV, internet, air conditioning, and washing machine on request. In the spacious and beautifully landscaped garden there is a barbecue and gazebo all available to guests. The property is a 15-minute walk to the center and market, and the main waterfront with cafes and restaurants along the coast. Guests love it because it is located in the best rated area in Malinska. Payment is made exclusively in cash. The advance payment of 30% of the total price of the accommodation is paid immediately upon booking by remittance to the kuna / foreign currency account and the rest upon arrival. Apartment cleaning service is not included in the price. The price of cleaning the apartment is 25 eur once and is charged upon arrival. Check-in and check-out time is possible from 14:00 to 22:00 Check-out is possible from 07:00 to 10:00 For stays shorter than 4 days the price is increased by 30%.
