The apartment can be accessed from 12:00 on the day of arrival and will be delivered until 10:00 on the day of departure. Advance payment of 30% of the total amount is payable on the giro account and the balance is in cash upon arrival. The minimum number of nights is 5 nights. In case of a shorter stay, the price is 30% higher than stated above. In addition, the use of air conditioning is charged 5 € per day. Residence tax and registration fees are included in the price.
