Excellent, modern apartment in a beautiful house near the beach. The apartment is very well equipped and immaculately clean. The terrace overlooking the sea, surrounded by pine trees, is located above the beautiful yard of the house. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning in every room, mosquito nets on the windows. The car can be parked in the yard. The beach is very close - pebble and concrete beach, has a shower, toilet and cafe. There are other beaches nearby so everyone can find something for themselves. The hosts are extremely kind and kind people, they live on the ground floor of the house. They especially made friends with our youngest son of 2.5 years. They prepared a very tasty lunch for us - grilled fish with salad. All in all, we were really pleased!

Excellent, spacious, modern, well-designed, very well equipped, very clean and well maintained apartment upstairs with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Strong and stable wifi, well-functioning air conditioning in all rooms, plenty of hot water. Very well equipped kitchen, complete with gas stove and sophisticated electric oven, large fridge with huge freezer. Comfortable and non-squeaking bed. There are only two apartments in the house, the hosts live in the basement. The house is set in a large and well-kept garden, with huge pine trees providing natural shade. The street is quiet and well maintained, there is no through traffic because it is a dead end. You can park in the garden. The sea is 5 minutes walk from the house, gravelly and slowly deepening, not dangerous for small children, approx. 10 minutes from the beach in the opposite direction (ideal for small children), where sun loungers and parasols can be rented, but the trees also provide shade. Showers in several places on the beach. There are several restaurants in the area, the port and the promenade are approx. 30 minutes walk from the house. We did the big shopping in Lidl in Krk, which is approx. 12 km. The town is worth a visit. It is a good program to take a boat trip to the island of Cres. The small boat departs from the port of Malinska and calls at the town of Beli on the island. The town is located in the IV. It was named after Bela, according to legend. Today they are barely inhabited, but worth a look because the view is very cozy and beautiful. Mira and Vladimir are very kind and attentive hosts with whom you can communicate in German but also in English. Vladimir is a master of charcoal baking, he baked great fish for us, and Mira’s cake was also very delicious. We're sure we'll be back!

The apartment is beautiful, new, spacious and furnished in style. The terrace has a beautiful view, and the surrounding trees provide natural shade most of the time. If you do not care where you stay on vacation, then this apartment and location are the optimal choice. The owners were always available if we needed anything or just for a friendly chat. This is definitely one of our top, tried and tested locations so far.

The apartment is in a great location with a beautifully landscaped beach (concrete with a sloping entrance for the disabled and stairs, and pebbles) which abounds in facilities and has plenty of shade at any time of day. The accommodation is functionally decorated and clean, with a beautiful large terrace where you can relax in the shade all day with the sound of the waves. All the necessary facilities are available to you, and the hosts are extremely pleasant and always available! I also have to compliment the bed, the only one where I slept honestly without being home. We spent the summer with the baby, it is easy to get everywhere with a stroller in the shade, and the apartment has a feeder and enough space for a pad for playing and crawling, which greatly enhanced our stay. Thanks to the hosts!

We are already a few years guests at Mira and Vladimir, we are welcomed very friendly and excellent hosts always. For 30 years we have been going to Croatia - in the Klancir it was until now always the most beautiful holidays. A wonderful holiday with dear friends to this wonderful place. Thank hosts the pleasant, relaxed, spontaneous atmosphere. I would recommend anyone who is looking for his holiday destination, to stop here because it certainly will not go wrong. The apartment is fully equipped, clean, nicely decorated and smells of lavender :) Calm, quiet, tucked away place which will equally enjoy both children and adults.
