A beautiful quiet holiday in the upper apartment with a view of the sea. The terrace is well shaded. Dear helpful owners, apartment clean, well equipped. A little bit of sea (50m) where you can directly swim and a bar has been open here since the end of June. An excellent restaurant 400m away (along the sea). Thank you and we will be happy to come back again.

If you want to experience a relaxing holiday with a nice host family in a modern apartment on Krk, this is the right place for you. A beautiful house, friendly hosts, only three minutes from the beach. What more do you want? Nothing. Malinska center can be reached with a nice walk along the sea (many restaurants) and Malinska is an ideal starting point for visits to Krk, Baska, Vrbnik, .... We felt very comfortable and can only recommend Atrium Apartments to everyone. Oh yes, our dog (who is well-behaved) was given a warm welcome. PS: The cooking skills of host Vladimir are an insider tip!

Excellent, modern apartment in a beautiful house near the beach. The apartment is very well equipped and immaculately clean. The terrace overlooking the sea, surrounded by pine trees, is located above the beautiful yard of the house. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning in every room, mosquito nets on the windows. The car can be parked in the yard. The beach is very close - pebble and concrete beach, has a shower, toilet and cafe. There are other beaches nearby so everyone can find something for themselves. The hosts are extremely kind and kind people, they live on the ground floor of the house. They especially made friends with our youngest son of 2.5 years. They prepared a very tasty lunch for us - grilled fish with salad. All in all, we were really pleased!

Excellent, spacious, modern, well-designed, very well equipped, very clean and well maintained apartment upstairs with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Strong and stable wifi, well-functioning air conditioning in all rooms, plenty of hot water. Very well equipped kitchen, complete with gas stove and sophisticated electric oven, large fridge with huge freezer. Comfortable and non-squeaking bed. There are only two apartments in the house, the hosts live in the basement. The house is set in a large and well-kept garden, with huge pine trees providing natural shade. The street is quiet and well maintained, there is no through traffic because it is a dead end. You can park in the garden. The sea is 5 minutes walk from the house, gravelly and slowly deepening, not dangerous for small children, approx. 10 minutes from the beach in the opposite direction (ideal for small children), where sun loungers and parasols can be rented, but the trees also provide shade. Showers in several places on the beach. There are several restaurants in the area, the port and the promenade are approx. 30 minutes walk from the house. We did the big shopping in Lidl in Krk, which is approx. 12 km. The town is worth a visit. It is a good program to take a boat trip to the island of Cres. The small boat departs from the port of Malinska and calls at the town of Beli on the island. The town is located in the IV. It was named after Bela, according to legend. Today they are barely inhabited, but worth a look because the view is very cozy and beautiful. Mira and Vladimir are very kind and attentive hosts with whom you can communicate in German but also in English. Vladimir is a master of charcoal baking, he baked great fish for us, and Mira’s cake was also very delicious. We're sure we'll be back!

If you do not care where you stay on vacation, then this apartment and location are the optimal choice. The owners were always available if we needed anything or just for a friendly chat. The apartment is in a great location with a beautifully landscaped beach (concrete with a sloping entrance for the disabled and stairs, and pebbles) which abounds in facilities and has plenty of shade at any time of day. The accommodation is functionally decorated and clean, with a beautiful large terrace where you can relax in the shade all day with the sound of the waves. All the necessary facilities are available to you, and the hosts are extremely pleasant and always available! I also have to compliment the bed, the only one where I slept honestly without being home. We spent the summer with the baby, it is easy to get everywhere with a stroller in the shade, and the apartment has a feeder and enough space for a pad for playing and crawling, which greatly enhanced our stay. For the umpteenth time we spent our short holiday booked at Mira and Vlado. The large terrace and the location of the house is fantastic, only 50m to the bay and a short walk along the seaside is the port of Malinska. 2 times we may be hosted by family Klancir in Malinska and were not disappointed. The apartment is very clean and as described, there are only a few steps from the sea. Very nice is that the apartment Located on the edge of Malinska is therefore very quiet and yet you can walk in about 15-20 minutes in the center. Who puts no value on sandy beaches in a very nice location is right here.

For the second time we spent our vacation in September / October at Mira and Vladimir. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need, is clean, bright and spacious. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the countryside and among the trees you can see the sea. The pictures of the apartment are correct, in reality everything is much nicer. The tree in front of the house there is no longer, so much more sun comes onto the terrace. The location of the house is fantastic, only 50m to the bay. The hosts were very welcoming Mira and Vlatimir again and spoil one with cake, crickets and a welcome dinner at its finest. Elderly people
We had wonderful stay in the apartment located on the 2nd floor of a house with a beautiful large terrace overlooking trees and Adriatic See. Apartment looks as advertised with full use of kitchen and dishwasher and laundry onsite. WiFi internet connection and Cable TV was also available. Our host (Mr. Vladimir) picked us up at Malinska bus stop and drove us to the house. This was very helpful as we were carrying large luggage. Also, Vladimir was so kind and drove us to nearby grocery store (“Plodine”) where we have bought groceries for entire week. During our stay Vladimir and his wife Mirjana were great hosts and they were very receptive to our questions and respectful of our privacy. Last day of our vacation was greeted with lunch (selection of various grilled meats and fish) specially prepared for us. Overall, I would definitely recommend Apartments Atrium to everyone who is looking into a high quality private accommodation. Hopefully, we will be back in years to come. Thank you again. We spent some fantastic holidays, the owners Mr. Vladimir (Vlado for friends) and Mrs. Mira were really excellent, although they spoke Italian so we understood each other perfectly. The apartment is exactly like on the pictures, clean, kitchen has everything that can be used for cooking, nothing is missing, there is even the kettle to make coffee. linen and bath are always clean and fragrant. the sea is 50 meters, the place is quiet. Certainly we come back next year.
