APARTMENTS - MALINSKA - VANTAČIĆI I rent apartments for two people in Vantačići, not far from Malinska. Apartments are approximately 35 m2. Distance from the first concrete beach - 150m and the pebble beach - 350m. Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. It is possible to rent a separate apartment with a separate arrangement. The living room has a sofa bed and TV / SAT. The kitchen is connected to the living room and is equipped with cutlery and cooking utensils. Each apartment has a bathroom, a hallway and two smaller balconies. Free WiFi. Electricity grill and wood / coal barbecue in the yard are at your disposal. Apartments have secured parking for one vehicle on a private parking lot in front of the house. Heat in the winter months provides convectors and air conditioning on the electricity. From 15. 06. to 15. 09. minimum stay is 7 days. Pedestrians and bikers enjoy the pleasantly decorated promenades along the sea and numerous forest paths. Possibility of boat connection in nearby ports.

Good location, close to the sea, two balconies, everything works, well-equipped kitchen. Very nice host. He gave us plants that he grows in the garden, namely a bay leaf in a pot and a palm tree. Parking is located right next to the building.
The apartment is well equipped. A quiet place, beaches and the sea are close. Pleasant host..
What I would commend (+) based on 9 nights in September 2021 is the following: - very correct and acceptable price (9 nights / 10 days for 2 people for 200 €) - Covid-19 disease protection measures (keeping distance in communication and disinfecting soap in the toilet) - distance to the beach (150 meters) - good layout of the apartment and the use of space in the same (balcony exit on two sides with a small part of the sea can be seen from one of them) - good starting point for touring nearby places and beaches - flexibility for late check-out (we were the last guests, so there was a possibility, but there was also the will and the willingness of the hosts to agree) What I would not praise (-) is the following: - the bedroom is 10 meters away from the main local road (noise and in the middle of the night) - reduced level of security since the bedroom can be easily entered through an open balcony (for air), which contributes to a broken mechanism for closing the balcony blinds - The general impression of comfort is diminished by the visibly older interior of the apartment (doors, carpentry, wardrobe, toilet) with a few exceptions (flat screen TV, chandelier, kitchen, microwave and chairs). - unpleasant odor from the sofa in the living room (as in urine and is felt especially when everything is closed) - the toilet seat was torn in the toilet (dilapidation and lack of maintenance) and the bidet was out of order (too big for that space and drastically reduces the passage) - poor performance of PVC curtains in the shower (when showering, it enters the bath area and sticks to the body) - The light in the fridge didn't work - potential danger for legionella since the indoor unit of the air conditioner was dirty and greasy (last service?) under the PVC panel that was defective (did not move during switching on and off) - although the host was undeniably kind and accommodating, communication with guests could be better and more frequent (ours was one-sided in principle when we needed something then we called) with more interest and self-initiative!
