The apartment house Villa Futura is located a few minutes' walk from the pebble beach of Rova, in a quiet location, in a dead-end street. The apartment is 100 m2 in size and has three bedrooms (double), two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). The kitchen is connected to the dining room and living room and to the balcony or terrace. Next to the house is a larger covered parking lot and a smaller swimming pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. There is an outdoor charcoal grill next to the pool. There is a playground for children in the garden. We offer accommodation and transportation for Camina KRK hikers.

Payment and terms

The price includes the use of air conditioning (which is in all rooms and is regulated separately), Weber electric grill, WiFI, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, parking (1) and final cleaning. On the last day of vacation, it is preferable for guests to leave the apartment by 10 a.m., and the arrival of new guests is from 3 p.m. onwards. It is also possible otherwise if there are possibilities and on the basis of a previous agreement.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

Three weeks before the start of your vacation, you will receive an email with information for paying 30% of the reservation value to the company's account. If you pay within 3 working days, the reservation is confirmed. Pay the rest to the company's account before arrival. If you want to cancel the reservation after payment, the 30% advance payment is non-refundable.
