Apartment Alba is a two-story apartment (100 m2) on the second floor of a residential building and is located in a quiet neighborhood of Malinska, near beaches, shops, restaurants and other facilities. The property has 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a covered terrace with a view of Kvarner. Several beaches are located not far from the apartment (a 4-minute easy walk), including Malin, Dub and Cuklićevo. The apartment is modernly decorated and fully equipped: 3 air conditioners, LCD SAT TV, WiFi internet, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, cot on request, etc. Guests are provided with 1 parking space in front of the building. Up to 7 people can stay in the apartment.

The reservation of the apartment is confirmed by an advance payment of 20% of the total amount to the account of the owner, and the remaining amount is paid to the renter upon arrival at the apartment. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is not returned. The ideal time for guests to arrive is around 2 - 4 p.m., and departure from the apartment in the morning by 10 a.m. at the latest. Up to 7 people can stay in the apartment. If more than 5 people stay in the apartment, an additional amount of 10 euros per person is payable.
