We spent 9 days in this wonderful apartment. Upon our arrival, Ana welcomed us with a welcome drink, beer, mineral water and grapes in the fridge. Based on the pictures, I fell in love with the apartment at first sight. It's even more beautiful in person. The well-equipped accommodation is close to the center and the beach. You can park for free in front of the house. We barely used the car. We walked everywhere. Our favorite place was the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is beautiful, neat and spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea. Mali Lošinj offers a rich selection of promenades with a special emphasis on the Čikat park-forest, which is ideal for long, relaxing walks. Among the beaches, we single out Sunčana uvala, which has all the necessary amenities, and the Camping Čikat beach. These beaches can be reached on foot (about a 40-minute walk) or by hotel bus (the bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the apartment) if you don't have your own car. Mrs. Ana was extremely kind and always available for any questions. We thank her for everything and look forward to meeting her again.

Fantastic stay with excellent view and host in form of Ana Pavlovic. Was there with my wife and mother. The beds in the apartment were very comfortable and overall the apartment is equipped with everything you need in form of AC, laundry machine etc. It even has a coffee machine with a filter that is popular in Sweden. Our stay in Lošinj was fantastic and Sv Martin is 5 minutes with a walk and center of Lošinj is around 8-10 minutes with a walk. Fantastic beach Valdarke is also around 10-15 minutes away by foot. We didn’t have a car and it was absolutely fine for us. Ana Pavlovic made the visit extra special for us with her excellent service and attention to details. / Stefan

We spent a week in the apartment. Simply fabulous, I loved watching the sunrise from the terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything, it is close to everything, the view from the terrace is wonderful, the beds are very comfortable. Ana was a fairy, she helped us with everything upon our arrival and we even received a farewell gift. We had a long weekend with our little baby, arriving by catamaran from Pula so with no other means of transport than our legs. The surrounding beaches are very close as well as the center of Lošinj. The view is splendid, everything is very clean and functional. Ms. Ana very kind and helpful. He even made us find beers and cold mineral water with which we toasted immediately after the climb from the port! Highly recommended, we hope to return soon! Thanks again!

Everything as written in the description of the object and in the other comments is true. The facility is clean, tidy and regularly maintained. Ana is always available, and we didn't need her much, because she told us everything when we arrived at the apartment. I recommend the apartment to people who want peace and love a lot of activities. Along the sea towards Veli Lošinj is a great route, as well as in the town of Mali Lošinj itself, which we passed every day so much that now it is almost ours. Our little one, who is not yet 3 years old, enjoyed walking despite the stairs, maybe because of them, there are really a lot of them in Mali Lošinj. We came to Mali Lošinj because we wanted to be near the Čikat park, but in the end it turned out that the little one wanted to be at the playground. I'm reviving the playground above the Lidl store (on the roof), you can't miss it, the only Lidl in town. About 10-15 minutes of walking. It can be more or less, it depends on which way you go, and there are many different ones, and that made Mali Lošinj great for us. That playground is better for those who want to play with a ball (basketball and fusball), you also have a small stand where you can rest and have lunch (don't forget, Lidl is below you and you can buy everything you need there). Another playground where you have everything for the little ones (slide, waddles, stones that the child can throw into the bucket and play with) is next to the market, inn and bakery. That was good for us because we used to be there all day and we didn't need to drag everything with us, because we walked everything. Prices are normal, people are loving. I recommend Mali Lošinj to everyone who likes to walk a lot and like the old city streets, the apartment offers everything you need, the hostess is always available.

We spent 9 days on Lošinj, which is beautiful in the 6th month, Brnistra and Smilje are blooming and the whole island is yellow and fragrant, and the apartment of Mrs. Anne is like a sequel to that. Accommodation is for every recommendation, it is equipped with everything you need, comfortable, clean and has a beautiful view from the terrace. It is located near the city center, 10 minutes walk, as well as the first beach. Mrs. Ana is a great host, she welcomed us in a chilled apartment, gave us all the instructions and countless recommendations on what to see, visit, eat well, where to find the most beautiful beaches ... and all with a smile and warmth..we felt really welcome. We will definitely be back

We spent a wonderful week in the beautiful apartment Ozana 1. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated to the last detail, impeccably clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The yellow color that prevails in the apartment exudes positive energy. We felt right at home. The view from the terrace is fascinating. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk pleasant walk to the city center, and parking is nearby. Ana is a wonderful host, always at your service. We have been going to Croatia for 15 years, to a different location every year. This is the first time that I want to come back because it was so nice: Anna, the owner, furnished the apartment with great taste and love, I immediately felt at home. The view from the (large) balcony is wonderful, unbeatable! The location (in a quiet area) is great: 10 minutes walk to a nice beach and 10 minutes to the city. Anna is very personable and helpful! During June we stayed in the apartment where Ana. We spent wonderful moments on Losinj. Parked the car and rented bikes. Early morning coffee was drunk on the terrace overlooking Pag and Velebit, morning swimming on the beach in the bay of Sv. Martin (walking on foot for about 10 minutes). In the afternoon we cycled around the island and its beautiful bays, beaches 🙂. We thank Ms. Ana for her hospitality and kindness during her stay in her beautiful apartment.

Cozy, clean and above all charming apartment away from the center of Mali Lošinj, 8 minutes walk along the old streets. All rooms are spacious, comfortable, the kitchen is really equipped with everything you need for even your daily life, the bathroom is clean, with beautiful, soft towels, and the balcony / terrace with clean seats, bench, parasol, and above all a wonderful view. A lot of little things make the stay extremely enjoyable, from the very entrance into the common hallway full of cheerful colors and flowers, romantic blankets and pillows, curtains, beautiful glasses, mini libraries, lamps, spark plugs… all this gives such a wonderfully relaxing feeling that we need on vacation and which is why we opt for private accommodation rather than hotel accommodation. Thanks also Mrs. Ani on the exceptional hospitality and kindness with which she receives your guests and which immediately makes you feel like you've come to see your dear cousin. It is big and we hope to see you soon.

The apartment we were staying in had everything we wanted. Everything is neat and clean, the kitchen offers all the appliances, we even used a washing machine. The terrace offers beautiful sea views, and you can walk down the stairs in 5 minutes. Mistress Ana is a wonderful person, kind, witty, very warm person. We just returned from a vacation in the beautiful Mali Lošinj where we enjoyed the apartment with a beautiful view and with a wonderful housekeeper Mrs. Anu. Vacation on Mali Lošinj was a really nice and relaxing experience - this island's town has to offer, very clean water, many beautiful beaches with breathtaking views, ice cream and good food whenever you wish for it, other activities (walking paths, hiking, trips with boats to the near islands...). All the best also applies to the apartment we were staying in. It has all the comfort of your own home - every appliance you need, very clean and has more than enough of storage place. The location is good because restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance, as well as the town\'s center. The best thing about Ozana apartment, I think, is its terrace, where you can for example eat your breakfast while looking at the sea or just enjoy the view and relax yourself. The host Ana is so kind and makes your staying even better, she happily advises you which places to visit. She supplies you with maps and brochures about island and activities you can engage in, which is very helpful if this is your first time visiting Mali Lošinj. Whoever decides on this location I can guarantee you that you won\'t be disappointed!
