Payment and terms

The reservation is valid and confirmed after receiving an advance payment on the account, which is 30% of the total amount of the planned stay. The rest of the amount for the reserved accommodation is paid upon arrival to the owner's account or in cash (depending on the guest's wishes). Check-in: from 14:00 Check-out; until 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax is included in the price of the apartment. In case of a shorter stay than reserved, the total price of accommodation for the entire reserved period is calculated.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

For the cancellation of the apartment reservation up to 45 days before the start of using the service of accommodation in the apartment, the advance payment is returned. If the reservation is canceled less than 44 days before the start of using the accommodation service in the apartment, the advance payment is not returned.

There are 3 furnished apartments at your disposal. Apartment 1 for four people is located on the ground floor, apartment 2 for 4 people is located on the second floor, as is apartment 3 for 2 people. Additional benefits are included in the price of the apartment: children up to 3 years old free of charge, secured parking in front of the house, barbecue in the yard, use of the washing machine on request in the common laundry room on the ground floor, and the possibility of storing luggage after leaving the apartment on the day of departure if the guest has a later departure with of the island. Additional surcharges; final cleaning one time 35 EUR, pets, only on request, 20 EUR per day, for stays shorter than 4 days + 30%. Additional wishes, requests, needs will be gladly realized professionally and quickly on your behalf.
