The reservation is valid and confirmed after receiving an advance payment on the account, which is approximately 30% of the total amount of the planned stay. The rest of the amount for the reserved accommodation is paid upon arrival to the owner's account or in cash (depending on the guest's wishes). Apartment 1 for four people is located on the ground floor, apartment 2 for 4 people is located on the second floor, as is apartment 3 for 2 people. Additional benefits are included in the price of the apartment: children up to 3 years old free of charge, barbecue in the yard, use of the washing machine in the common laundry room on the ground floor, and the possibility to store luggage after leaving the apartment on the day of departure, if the guest has a later departure from the island, parking is provided in front of the house for your car, and in the yard space for bicycles, motorbikes ... Additional surcharges; final cleaning one-time EUR 40, pets on request with additional compensation and stays shorter than 4 days daily apartment rent increased by 30%. We spent ten beautiful days in apartment A1, and I don't know where to start. Cleanliness and the ideal location of the apartment share the first place. I don't remember when I stayed in a cleaner accommodation, and it is not an apartment, but literally an apartment in which 4 people can stay, without fear of bumping into each other, since it has 60m² and two separate bedrooms. In terms of content, there is everything you could want, from a toaster, a moka pot for espresso, a set of cooking utensils, a spacious fridge, all the way to a hair dryer and a mosquito repellent device with as many tablets as the number of nights you stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and large. Klaudia really thought of everything. The first beaches and bays are right in front of the house and you only need to go down a few tens of meters and you are already in an ideal position for the first morning swim and drinking coffee by the sea. There is the Sveti Martin beach and the beautiful Bojčić bay, where I enjoyed the peace and quiet every morning. The entire town is connected by hiking and biking trails to all the important points on the island, so you can easily reach Veli Lošinj, more distant beaches, and viewpoints. Since we were on the ground floor, everything was accessible from the terrace, beach, cafe, restaurant, everything within reach, which gives an additional feeling of freedom. It is a ten minute easy walk to the city center, while in about 20 minutes you are already on the other side of the island and the beaches of Čikatu. There are several restaurants and cafes near the accommodation, special praise for the restaurant Silvana and the cafe Sv Martin. And finally, I cannot end this comment without mentioning our exceptional hosts, Klaudia and Damir, who made us feel at home and contributed to our falling in love with this beautiful town and wishing to come again, because we fell in love with this island. If we had not come across them and this exceptional accommodation, perhaps the impressions of Mali Lošinj would not have been this beautiful.
