Apartments ANNA 1 and ANNA 2 are part of the house of the Kerovec family. The house is located in a quiet street in the village of Artatore, surrounded by greenery. It is 120 m away from the beach. The entrances to the apartments are separate. The apartments are modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with utensils for preparing and eating food. In the kitchen there is a dining table and a sufficient number of chairs. The bathroom/toilet is equipped with a shower cabin. Towels are changed every 3 days. Toilet paper is provided only upon first arrival in the apartment. In the bedroom there is one double and one single bed of normal dimensions. The air conditioner in the room and the ceiling fan are used according to one's own wishes. There is a television receiver in the room. Bed linen is changed every 7 days. b Barbecue and garden furniture can be used by agreement with the host. Each apartment has a parking lot inside the house fence, where cars are protected from the sun all day.

- Payment of the rent is in cash, upon arrival at the apartment. - To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% is required, which is paid to the host's bank account. - The start of using the apartment is from 2:00 p.m. upon arrival. Earlier start of use is possible only with prior agreement with the host. - Departure from the apartment is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. - With prior agreement and with an addition to the basic rental price, it is possible to stay in the apartment for less than 4 days.
