The family house is located in the very center of Makarska. In the immediate vicinity is the main city square, church, market, shops, restaurants. The waterfront is 50 m away. There are two apartments in the house, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor of the house. The apartment on the ground floor has its own entrance from the quiet side of the street, consists of two double rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is a modern open space, without doors on the rooms, on two levels connected by a series of stairs. One room is on the lower level, and the other room, kitchen and bathroom are on the upper level. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. The apartment has been completely renovated and everything is new. The second apartment is located on the second floor with a wonderful view of the waterfront and the sea. This apartment was also completely renovated two years ago and everything is new and modern. It covers 75m2. It has two double bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The accommodation is excellent. Everything is as in the pictures, nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, spacious. Wonderful view from the balcony. Ideal location, old town, everything is close, not noisy. Parking provided. Friendly hosts. We were delighted with the accommodation and would love to come again.
