When booking an apartment, a deposit of 20% of the total price is paid, and the rest of the amount is paid upon arrival. Check-in time is after 1:00 PM and unlimited thereafter. Sometimes there is a possibility of earlier check-in depending on the availability of the apartment. Check-out from the apartment is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Residential tax is included in price.Cancellation of a reservation with a refund of the advance payment is possible at least 30 days from the date of reservation.
