The price of the apartment includes: own parking space (free parking space with a ramp in front of the building), unlimited internet, air conditioning, TV, towels, bed linen, kitchen with all the necessary facilities... The apartment is located right on the beach, only steps separate you from her. It has the best view of the sea and the islands, because it is located on the top floor of the building. On offer in the same building is A2+2 Marija top floor sea view and a studio apartment (for the studio apartment also free parking - but only 300 meters from the building on the beach).

An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price is made by payment to our bank account, and the rest of the payment is due upon arrival. Cancellation of the reservation is possible, but we do not return the deposit for the next or the following year. If you want to spend your summer with us, we will deduct the deposit from the total price.
Residential tax is included in price.We will return the deposit if you cancel one month before arrival. If you cancel within a month of your arrival, we will not refund, but you can use it as a voucher for next year or any time you want to come to us on vacation :)
