The apartments are located on a separate floor of a family house, surrounded by greenery and flowers. Parking spaces are provided for the cars of all guests in the fenced yard. Each apartment has 1-2 balconies where you can drink a pleasant morning coffee with a view of the sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar. A beautiful pebble beach with a dense pine forest can be reached in 5 minutes, and the tennis center in ten minutes. The city center can be reached in 15-20 minutes via the beautifully decorated promenade along the sea. Apartment A4+1 is suitable for both a family and a group of friends because it contains 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, equipped with the necessary dishes and appliances (refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, ... . ). The apartment is air-conditioned and has two balconies, equipped with tables and chairs as well as awnings. Pebble beach The price of the apartment includes the tourist tax as well as the use of air conditioning, barbecue, internet, baby crib and parking in our yard. The apartments can be used for less than 3 days, with a 30% price increase. For our guests, we have provided free use of a washing machine and iron with a stand in a separate utility room, where it is possible to safely store the larger personal belongings of our guests during the night (motorcycles, bicycles, strollers, beach equipment, etc.). We have always paid special attention to the cleanliness and orderliness of both our apartments and the grounds, whereby bed linen and towels are washed at the maximum temperature (90-95°C) and ironed. In addition, all recommended protection measures against infection with the COVID-19 virus are being taken.
A very kind landlady, who is always available if you need anything. The studio is really small, but it has everything you need for a vacation, 2 minutes to 2 bakeries, a shop nearby... the beach is also available for about 300m... The beach has everything... both sun and rocks, restaurants, a park for children... To the center Makarska easy walk on the beach for about 20 minutes.. And also very important you don't need to cross the road to the beach, Because an approach was made for safety.. accessible also for wheelchairs..

We rested in September. Small but very clean and comfortable studio with everything you need. Parking in the courtyard of the house. Very convenient location, a few minutes walk to the beach, very close to 2 non-stop bakeries, a small grocery store. Washing machine downstairs. Everything was wonderful! Unfortunately, we did not see Mrs. Miliana, but she was always in touch, and any questions were resolved very quickly! Thank you very much, it was a wonderful vacation!!!

Studio apartment large enough for two people. Secure parking on site (courtyard). Possibility of placing bicycles in the ground floor room which is locked. Use of barbecue and electric oven outside the apartment. It was nice and we're coming again.
