Apartment Ruzmarin is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center (5 min walk to the main square and 15 min walk to the city beach). It is located on the ground floor of the family house and has a separate entrance from the yard that is available to guests. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. It has one complete bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) and a separate toilet with a sink. We take great care of cleanliness, we have white bed linen that we dry in the sun. The living room and kitchen have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay for 6 people.

Daily rent, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, equipped kitchen with the necessary dishes and accessories, consumption of water, electricity and gas and wireless internet are included in the price of the arrangement. For a stay of less than three days, the price is increased by 30%. Advance payment is 30% of the total price of the arrangement. The balance up to the full price of the agreed arrangement is paid upon arrival. Advance payment is made by paying money to our bank account or by sending money via Western Union. Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the reservation 60 or more days before the planned arrival, we return to the guest the full amount of the advance minus bank charges. Cancellation of the reservation 30 to 59 days before the planned arrival, we keep 50% of the paid amount, and for cancellation of the reservation within 30 days, we keep the entire amount paid.
