If you want to experience a little piece of paradise and all the comforts of your own home, a house right by the sea awaits you, ideal for a peaceful vacation and an unforgettable view of the island of Pag and Velebit. The house has 3 bedrooms (4+1), a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and storage room (with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator). The rooms are equipped with beds that can be separated into two separate beds if necessary, bedside tables, a table and a wardrobe. Each room has direct access to a covered terrace overlooking the island of Pag. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The yard is connected to the beach. At the main entrance there is a barbecue with additional seating equipment. The house is located below road level and is hidden from view and from neighbors in a typical Mediterranean environment of pine trees, rosemary and the smell of salt. Pets are welcome.
