Dear guests, we are pleased to offer you to spend your vacation in our apartments. We offer 4 apartments, in a quiet part of Lopar, fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay with us. We are only an 8-minute easy walk from the famous sandy Paradise beach. There is also a store, post office, restaurants, entertainment facilities nearby. Free parking, Wi-Fi, a grill terrace, and a washing machine are available in the apartment. It is up to you to come, and we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible!

Dear guests, if you want to book an apartment in our facility, you will be asked to pay an advance payment equal to the price of two nights. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival. For the sake of records in e-visitor, you will be asked to give us your passport or ID card for a short look. The arrival time in the apartment is after 2:00 p.m., and the departure time is no later than 10:00 a.m. According to house rules, it is not allowed to make noise in the building from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Other provisions of the house rules can be sent to you by e-mail at your request, or you can read them when you arrive at the accommodation.
Residential tax is included in price.The refund of the advance payment is realized only with a justified reason for termination, with the presentation of evidence, for example: illness, injury, death.
