Apartments new, clean and very well equipped. Hosts very nice and hospitable. A great place for people looking for peace. The house is located on the sidelines which makes it possible to enjoy the incredible silence. To the bay in a straight line is 50-60 meters. Descent to the water is long and gentle, which allows children to play safely, even 50 meters from the shore. There are a lot of attractions in the area, so if you want to enjoy an active holiday and later an evening glass of wine on the terrace with a view of the sunset, I definitely recommend it. If necessary, the hosts are happy to help in booking various attractions. PS There are delicious figs in the garden but I do not know if I should write about it on the forum. For those who visit this place after a high season will probably also be grapes

We stayed with Vlatka and Luka for a week. The apartment is located directly on the beach. The decor is modern and well furnished. Air conditioning, dishwasher and two bedrooms. Everything is well maintained and clean. The landlords, Vlatka and Luka, offer a great service. We were well supplied by the two with tomatoes and honeydew melons. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Ocean View! The water on the beach is clean. For children, the water is great because the deep places begin only from 150 m. The place is perfect for rest. By car, the nearest large supermarket is easily accessible. We can highly recommend the apartment and will come back next year.

2 weeks in June / July 2017 with Luka and Vlatka. 2 beautiful, clean apartments all around the house very well maintained. We were with our son, daughter in law and two grandchildren (2.5 and 4.5 years) there as a guest. Beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach, pizzeria, restaurant everything available. Everything within 20 km. Zadar, Nin, etc. just a few minutes drive away. We got along well with Luka and Vlatka and the 3 kids right away. The holiday was a real rest. We can highly recommend both apartments. The price-performance ratio was optimal.

The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable (dishwasher, air conditioning, etc)! Washing machine, there is the ground floor and can be shared. Balcony is also very large and it has a great view of the sea, the bay and beautiful sunsets! Vlatka and Luca are a super nice landlord couple! You have done everything that we felt at home! Luca took us with his small fishing boat to a beautiful secluded beach, we got figs from the garden, and extra towels etc. Thank you so much for everything !!! We will come again !!! The beach is small, but very nice! We were almost always alone, what we enjoyed. The sandy beach is very flat - perfect for smaller children. Ljubac is a small fishing village. There is no restaurant, but we can provide us a few times pizzas at the beach at the harbor. Otherwise, there is for example in Nin very good restaurants. It was a really nice quiet holiday, far away from mass tourism. We recommend!!!

We spent there wonderful time this summer. The apartament is great with everything our family needed including the dishwasher and airconditioning (very useful when temperature reached 30C degrees) the rooms are very comfortable, the views from the balcony are unforgettable and breathtaking onto the beautiful bay and the rocky mountains. It\' close to the beach though we preferred to visit the bay in the village Lubac Stanowi. It was wider and children had more space to play. The place itself is best for families with small children as the water is very warm and shallow with sandy beach. As it comes to the family of hosts they are extremely hospitable and helpful. We truly recommend the place to people looking for peace, quiet and family atmosphere.

Our family really enjoyed this year on holiday. The apartment was everything we needed. I want to commend Vlatko of cleanliness and tidiness. From the balcony is good see the sea and in the evening when the children fall asleep and I sat down with my husband and enjoyed the sunset. We studied a little neighborhood and find that the beach in front of the app is best for us, not crowded and kids were in the water very long but it is nothing cold, urchins there was only sand and a little grass. We walked into the store, which is not far away from the app and it had everything we needed. I recommend tours and excursions in the near Nin, where the salt pans and walls from the Roman era and evening concerts. We were in Zadar-ROM, where we listened to music sea organs, welcomed by the sun and cooled with a scoop of ice cream. A big thumbs applies Vlatka and the whole family for their efforts and hospitality. Even that good communication convinced us that next year's return to Ljubački Estates! We have just returned from a wonderful holiday. My family had breathtaking. Apartment Vlatka is in a great location, which they want peace and rest. It is very nicely equipped, with a large terrace overlooking the sea and a beautiful sunset. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy. Only a few meters from the apartment is a privat beach with a pier where children in shallow water volleyball play carefree, bivalves, etc. Not far away are two large beach accessible by car suitable for small children.
