Your vacation object / rooms is located in Ljubac, Zadar region, about 15 km away from the city of Zadar. The landlord lives in the house. The house is situated on a plot of about 2700 sqm in the immediate sourrounding of the child-frienldy beach. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the entire bay. Parking spaces are available on the property. To the marina is around 600m from our house. There's another beach port where you can do sunbathing and swimming. A bar with almost all kind of drinks is e.g. hot and cold is right there as well. We are happy to provide you with useful information and explain the operation of the electronic devices. Our rooms are not suitable for the accommodation of children under 10 years. We therefore ask to refrain from requests should this apply to you and ask for your understanding.

Check-in Time is after 1:30pm and the Check-out is until 10am. The Residential tax is included, we will handle the payment for our guests. The use of our Air Conditioner costs 5€ per day extra. The Washing Machine can be used for two washings for 5€ = 2,50€ per wash. Advanced Payment for reservation is 20% of the total amount.
