The family house is located next to the historical park and the Lipik outdoor swimming pool complex. We have a total of 5 studio apartments. Two studio apartments for a total of seven people can be accommodation for your family in a quiet part of Lipik. We are also near the Lipik Spa and often provide accommodation for patients and family companions. The studio apartments are on the first floor, and the landscaped yard is available for your little ones to play and have fun. The studio apartments are equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and the terrace has a view of the swimming pools and the park. Flat optical internet is free and free to use.

We are a suitable accommodation for cyclists because we have a tool for quick repairs, a lockable ground floor for safe storage of your bicycle and equipment for washing bicycles. We also get a lot of motorcyclists because we have a locked yard and equipment for washing engines. For cyclists and motorcyclists, we also have a washing machine and a dryer so that they can comfortably continue their journey. The yard is large and spacious, safe and free to use. Guests who want to get to know the surroundings by bike can rent our bikes. There is a large parking lot in front of the accommodation. We provide guest information services with all the necessary information.
