A wooden house for holidays in nature, located in a small, sparsely populated Slavonian village. Ideal for an escape from everyday duties and a true rest with the singing of birds and the daily visit of a couple in love. The house consists of a ground floor with a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and a large covered terrace. On the first floor, there is an open gallery with a space for reading and relaxing with a view of the lake and a bedroom with two beds. The house also has a mixed orchard with dozens of trees of various fruits and berries, which guests can use when there is something in the garden (a possible option is to pick them for your own needs, make homemade marmalade from fruits from organic farming and take it as a souvenir). Kilometers of nature trails open before the guest, suitable for cycling, walking, exploring. The surrounding attractions are easily accessible and the house is an ideal starting point for discovering Slavonia.

Payment is due upon arrival in full. Reservations possible by email or phone. The deposit is €20 per day of stay during the year, and €50 for the period from 20.12. until 15.01. Last minute reservations for tomorrow or for arrival on the same day are not possible. The best time to arrive is in the afternoon, and to leave anytime during the day.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is returned if the stay is canceled one week before the reservation, except for the period from 20.12. until 15.01. when the deposit is €50 per day and is non-refundable.
It is possible to fish on the lake in front of the house, which belongs to the SRD Lonđža. Tourist daily fishing license is €10. In Velika (about 15 km away) there is an attractive Aquapark for refreshment on hot days. Kutjevo is 8 km away, a must-see destination for wine lovers. We cooperate with a tourist agency that is able to organize targeted trips to the surrounding area with professional escort. Excursions can be sports (mountaineering, climbing) or cultural and gastronomic.
