All apartments have large terraces that offer a wonderful view of the Bay of Pag and an unforgettable view of the sunset. The house has a large yard and a private parking lot. The private sandy Plaza runs alongside the house and forms an integral part of it. Therefore, the property is ideal for families with children, who are welcome here. The town of Novalja is 5 kilometers from the house, where all facilities (cultural, sports) are located.

The reservation is made with the owner of the object via email communication or in direct communication by phone. An advance payment of 30% of the complete reservation must be made. The rest of the payment is made upon arrival at the facility (cash payment). One person in the apartment pays €10 more. Residence tax is not included in the price, 1 Euro per person per day. When you receive the key, you are responsible for taking care of your apartment and leaving it in the same condition as you received it, if you do not have to pay for final cleaning. Pebble beach In front of the house, along the private waterfront, there are two buoys, which are offered free of charge for mooring boats. Possibility to rent a barge in agreement with the owner of the building. Deck chairs for the beach can also be rented from the property owner. Excursions that you can make include Krka Falls, Kornati National Park, Plitvice Lakes, Silba Island, Rab, etc.
The accommodation was excellent, as were the location and the owners. We have been here for the 2nd time and we will be back.

We're not back from our wonderful vacation until Sunday. The location of villa is excellent, 10-20 steps from the beach, which is very convenient for families with children. A private beach made it possible for us to enjoy our vacation carefree even during the Corona period, as there was hardly any contact with strangers.
