The house is located in the quiet town of Soline, only about 100 meters from the beach, and about 15 minutes by car to the center of Krk. It is rented for a maximum of 8 people because it has 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, so that families can hang out in a common larger living room or separate if desired. Guests have access to the entire house, swimming pool and parking, and the owners live in a separate apartment with a separate entrance because the house is a duplex and has another apartment for 4 people that is also rented but is completely separate and does not use the pool. Our Soline bay offers different types beach (concrete, sandy) and a very famous beach with healing mud that everyone can use completely free of charge. Medicinal mud is useful in the treatment of rheumatic and skin diseases. A pine forest stretches along part of the coast, so the place is also useful for asthma sufferers. We are often visited by families with small children, because part of the coast is very shady and provides shelter from the direct sun throughout the day.

After the reservation is confirmed, we ask the guests to pay about 30% of the total amount to our account, and when we receive the deposit, we also inform them by email that we have received the certain amount and that their reservation is secure. The house is ready for arrival after 4 p.m., and on the day of departure it must be vacated by 10 a.m. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, so there is no need to use a car.
Residential tax is included in price.In the event that guests are unable to come, we offer them an alternative date for the current or next year, agreed upon when booking.
