When booking a stay in the apartment, the guest must pay 20% of the total rental price to the giro account of the owner and thus confirm his arrival. The rest of the total amount is paid immediately upon arrival in cash. The arrival time is after 3 p.m., and the departure time is until 10 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of arrival up to 10 days before the agreed date, the owner retains 10% of the total agreed amount. In case of cancellation within 10 days of the agreed date, the owner retains 20% of the total agreed amount (advance payment).
