Krapanj beach

Krapanj is an island in the Šibenik archipelago, which is called the "Croatian Venice". The highest point of the island is 1.25 meters above sea level, and the stone houses that are planted on its surface appear to emerge from the sea foam. Although it is only a few hundred meters away from the mainland, Krapanj is an another world, a place where time disappears in the pine forests and winding streets of this charming Mediterranean settlement. The whole coastline of the island is a beach, a beach that alternates with centuries-old moles, pebbles and coastal rocks.
