Beautiful accommodation, quiet place and beautiful beaches. The live apartment looks even better than in the pictures, super equipped and comfortable. Mrs. Miranda and Mr. Romano Bajlo are excellent hosts and are available whenever you need them. The place is quiet and peaceful but offers various facilities such as Adventure Park, walks along the coast or forest to the neighboring Petrčane and Zadar is 10 minutes by car. There are a lot of restaurants on the main road (Pineta is great), and in the place there are two smaller shops. This was our first visit to Kožino but definitely not our last. For every recommendation.

We spent a wonderful holiday week in apartment owned by Miranda and Romano - two beautiful, open-minded people who really bring you everything what they see in your eyes. Our apartment was 4+2 where you will find everything needed (and more). It is fully equipped 2 rooms flat with big terrace, few steps from the beach and sea. The place itself is very calm, you will meet only guests from surroundings and neighbours there. What is really great, you have your own sunbeds on the beach for all your stay, so you don´t need to get up early to \"catch the place\". Beach is not overcrowded, you are really in the \"first row\". In walking distance (3 minutes of walk) you can find a small restaurant with lounge bar (pizza, salads, rissotto, drinks...). Supermarkets (Plodine, Lidl, Kaufland...) are a few minutes of drive (5 - 10) and the centre of Zadar is really close, as well as small (but very nice!) town Nin, so you can enjoy small, but nice trips. In one sentence - it was a great vacation and we would definitely like to stay longer - and come back again. Strongly, recommended!

We have been to the Bajlo family for 20 years, for a long time with the children and now alone. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and can always be approached. The apartments are all nice and well equipped, bed linen and towels are provided. The house is quiet and the Adriatic can be reached with a few steps, a berth on the beach is safe. If you want to relax, enjoy the sun and the Adriatic is just right here. But also those who want to be active from time to time. The village of Kozino is an ideal starting point for excursions, eg to the beautiful city of Zadar with its sights and shopping opportunities or to go hiking in the national park. For Miranda and Romana we were already two times (summer 2013 and 2014). Regularly spent his summer holidays in Croatia. Accomodation in a family environment Bajlo the most beautiful of all. The apartment has everything you need to vacation at sea. We have made a reservation even with three small children. Perfect access to the sea, accommodation a few steps from the beach with round stones and concrete surfaces lying. Always a reserved place on the beach. Underwrite all that "nema nadimka" told about their grandchildren. I must admit that it would be easier to put children to sleep if in the second bedroom the beds are separated. Besides cleanliness, quality apartments, kindness and all the wonderful qualities that make us to return, particularly lots of clean towels in unlimited quantities makes me happy and cabinets in which we can put even bags. Although we currently practice the peaceful rest, I think it would be more active and comfortable for everyone, because they are close to city of Nin and Zadar Petrcane with all of its contents. There's a years of visiting the beautiful home of Bajlo family, we stayed in all apartments. Strangely, when our grandchildren were barely walking, we stayed in the largest suite, then they grown for kindergarten, so we stayed in two suites, now we always stayed in two apartments. The house and surroundings are perfect for kids (and older adults). House is very comfortable, equipped and above all kindness and acceptance of Mr. Roman and Mrs. Miranda, makes holidays for memories. They are householders who kept their house neat and maintained. Sea... the sea is only a few meters from the house, clean and clear! Everything looks good on pictures, but in reality it is indescribably beautiful!
