The apartments are located in the quiet village of Kožino, 5 kilometers from Zadar, 4 kilometers from Zaton, and only 2 kilometers from Petrčani, where there is a beautiful sandy beach. The building consists of four 2-room apartments. All apartments have a terrace with a sea view. There is a large private parking lot in front of the house, and the distance from the beach is only 70 meters. The peace and quiet provided by the place as well as the location of the apartment and the proximity of the city of Zadar will provide you with a pleasant vacation.

The reservation becomes valid with an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total calculation for the summer vacation. Payment of the remaining amount follows on the day of arrival. Accommodation in the apartments is possible after 2 p.m. on the day the service begins (possible agreement with the owner), and they must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day the service ends. The use of air conditioning is included in the price.

We have been there for the third time in August 2021 and as usually it was perfect! Marija and her husband, and daughter, they are very nice people, all the time ready to help (even washed our clothes and towels). The apartment has wonderful sea view, nice terrasse, clean, you have all you need. The sea is very near, the house is in very calm place, safety, in 15min by foot we can find some restaurants, to reach other beaches and Zadar it takes 15min by car. All recommendations from us! The beach is 2 minutes, the sea clean and the water warm. Kozino is a small quiet village with two shops and restaurants. We visited Zadar, a beautiful historic town. We were in Nin, where there are sandy beaches with a healing rush. The weather was beautiful sunny. We will gladly come back here again. Who is looking for a quiet holiday can recommend to all

We spent a great 2 weeks in the first half of September 2018. At the beginning we were afraid to pay the advance directly to the owners of the facility (not through intermediaries) but completely unnecessarily. The hosts are wonderful, honest and very nice people. The apartment was freshly painted, with new windows and mosquito nets. Equipped kitchen, large bathroom, wonderful terrace overlooking the sea on which we spent whole evenings with a good wine The area is very calm, close to the beach, where there is a pebble descent to the sea. You can use the grill, the host will help you buy a good fish. We recommend it to all those who really want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is 4 km to Zadar, where you can easily buy food in supermarkets or in the bazaar in the old town. When you are completely exhausted, you will be quiet in Kozino it's in Zadar that there are plenty of parties in the evening and the walks in the old town are amazing.

The apartment we stayed wife and I and it was just perfect. The layout of the apartment is fully compliant photographs and has everything a guest might need. The hosts are friendly and unobtrusive, and the neighborhood is completely quiet, for a real vacation. Terrace apartment is beautiful, and the view is great. Between the apartments and has built a house (in the lower position of the apartment), but it is also beautiful and fits perfectly into the atmosphere, so that even the least bit bothered (we were the lowest in the apartment and did not mind one bit). When downloading, the apartment was spotless (even under the bed, where we kept a suitcase), so that the apartment has absolutely no complaints. A little more as far as the terraces - really is huge, with a table and chairs for dining and socializing, and with plenty of room for drying things off the beach, but the sun (where appropriate). And yes, a little bit as far as the bed for sleeping. Beds in apartments tend to be all sorts, but in this room the bed was perfect. Em is huge (two adults and two children would be on it without any problems could not sleep, though officially for 2 people) and she has no dents and bumps. Basically, just a comfortable home. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Special praise for the microwave, we really served well and shorten food preparation. Fridge is a normal size, with built-in freezer, so there is no problem with storing food during the entire stay. The beach is a two minute walk from the apartment and there's something for everyone - the pebble beach, concrete, stone ... and no one on there were no crowds. On the beaches there are no toilets or showers, but that the apartment is really close, that's no problem. The store is a 5 minute walk, as well as two restaurants / taverns. As regards the position of the apartment, a place on the map shown completely accurate and can not find any problem. During our stay the weather was relatively poor, so most days we went by car to the city and everything is very close - one day to Nina (twenty minute drive), one to Zadar (about fifteen minutes), one to Ražanac (forty minutes ) and one to the Vrana Lake (an hour), so that Kozino serve as an ideal base.
