The holiday house Kokotova hiža is located in the small village of Klimen in Croatian Zagorje. It consists of four wooden buildings, a house of 55 m2, a gazebo of 20 m2 with a brick barbecue and a building with a gazebo of 20 m2, a gazebo with a Jacuzzi for 5 to 7 people, free parking, Evo-tv, Wi-fi, a children's playground, swings for adults and children, a view on one side of the mountain Ivanščica and on the other the mountain Medvednica. The fenced yard of the house is ideal for pets. Yard of 700m2. The house consists of a kitchen, bathroom and living room on the ground floor and a bedroom in the attic with three beds. In the living room there is a folding sofa for two people. In the stable there is a room for socializing and a bathroom. The house is secluded on the edge of the forest and is ideal for vacations as well as entertaining a larger group.

A wonderful, wondrous and magnificent place. Warmth in the heart, peace in the soul, the chirping of birds, the hoot of owls, roe deer, squirrels and colorful butterflies will make your vacation magnificent and recharge your batteries from stressful life.
