The apartment was beautiful, the owner very friendly, walking path from Klenovica to Smokvica, wonderful. In between beautiful beaches. I recommend!

Studio apartment super, neat, beautiful terrace, sea 2 minutes walk. Klenovica very pleasant for a quiet holiday. The hosts are also great, everything is OK, I recommend.

Accommodation is practically right on the beach, no pulling inflatables, deck chairs, molds, buckets and other necessary things, because you have them right next to the apartment - especially appreciated by families with several or small children. The environment was also a safe, because we forgot the fins here on the beach, here the snorkel, and even after a long time we found them where we put them. The landlords were very nice and pleasant, you could turn to everything and the descriptions and photos fully correspond to reality.

With husband and dog, we were staying in the studio. The studio is comfortably furnished, clean and there is all the equipment according to the ad. We spent most of our time on the beautiful, large terrace with spectacular views of the sea, the island of Krk, Novi Vinodolski and the sunset. The mother of the owner was very nice and helpful. To the sea we walked 5 minutes, the beach is pebble, long and the access to the sea is gradual. Klenovica is a quiet and peaceful town, I highly recommend to all. It was the nicest holiday for us and we will be happy to return there.

A wonderful place, very clean and comfortable. The hosts very available to the requests of those staying. It is a country for couples and families with children. My second home, a special place for us.

We were very nice in Klenovica, mainly because of the peace and the beautiful beaches. The apartment was clean, it had everything we needed, but we liked the big terrace the most.

At Sunset house we were staying in July 2019, family with 2 children, in apartment D for 6 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor, spacious, clean, air-conditioned, has two small balconies, both with partial sea view. Owner Marija very nice, communicative, everything could be arranged operatively, lives about 100 m from Sunset house. The house is about 150 from the sea, is situated in a quiet location, the sea is beautifully clean, suitable for snorkeling or diving. From a small island that is connected to the mainland by a "embankment", you can jump into the water from the rocks or just enjoy the incredible calm. Klenovica is a quiet town, with a few restaurants, one shop and one bakery, but for us it was absolutely sufficient and I think we will come back again.

Modern, clean accommodation, quiet place, beautiful sea view. Not far from the beach with gradual entry into the sea. Pleasant, helpful lady owner. We enjoyed our holiday in Klenovica and we will be happy to come back here again.

I highly recommend this place! Hosts extremely nice and very helpful, the apartment very clean comfortable and well equipped. There was absolutely nothing missing from us. We spent pleasant evenings with children and friends on the terrace and at the grill. To the beach 2-3min. Restaurants with tasty food at a short distance. I hope that we will have a chance to host you at Sunset House!

Fully equipped, clean and without any suspicion. We have seen and experienced anything but getting a detergent for a dishwasher and a washer, so far we have not. Beach for a few minutes, a fine slope in Sv. Jakov on the coast, pets welcome. We recommend, and happily hope to stay at the Beach House

I highly recommend spending holidays in Klenovica, and preferably at Sunset & Beach House. Clean fully furnished apartments: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The owner also thought about tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher. The sea is closer than it appears from the descriptions and satellite images. The apartment is located on a quiet street. Excitable hosts welcomed us warmly and they were available during the entire stay. The flat was very clean and well-equipped (as described). Road: to the beach - 3 minutes, to the center - 5 minutes (port, bakery, mini market). We really recommend this place.

The description of the apartments on the Internet completely corresponds to the actual state. Cleanliness of the apartment on the highest level. Beach House offers all the comforts and is well-furnished and well equipped. The apartment's location is ideal, as shown on the map. The surrounding area is nicely decorated with a lot of space on the terrace and shade in the garden. We also enjoyed an outdoor barbecue grill. A sandy beach with a natural shade is practically in front of the house. The hosts are very friendly, unobtrusive, but always in need of service. Close to the beach, the beachfront snack bar and restaurant with good food and friendly service are available. Near the center of Klenovica is about 10min on foot. The place offers everything you need for a quiet family vacation (bakery, tobacco shop, small shop, well stocked market, and some gastronomic providers ...). For sightseeing and a more comprehensive offer, it is recommended to visit neighboring towns Novi Vinodolski, Crikvenica, Senj, ... For us and our friends holiday in Beach House was wonderful. Thanks again to Maria and others. We are surely sure to come back to Klenovica in Beach or Sunset House.

We fled the construction noise at the campsite and spontaneously addressed Mary on the street. A stroke of luck for our family. Very close to the beach, a shady garden for us and our dog, a veranda and a top apartment, clean and cool. You just have to pack bathing suits and suitcases and the holiday can begin. At night you can hear the nightingale, in the hinterland there are wild horses, mountain flowers and wonderful vantage points. Maria is a great hostess at a versatile resort! We can really recommend sunsetandbeach house!

We spent 7 nights at the Sunset House in Klenovica. For us it was the most beautiful holiday. Excellent location of the house, only a few meters from the beach. The studio has provided everything you need - a perfectly equipped, clean, modern, gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea, the possibility to use the grill. Klenovica provides a beautiful clean sea and especially for the peaceful population. We will definitely return next year and spend our free time.

Very nice apartment with terrace where we stayed most of the time, in a great location, just a few steps from the beautiful pebbly beach that is almost all day in the shade. The sea was warm and crystal clear. Extremely kind hosts. We hope to see other years as well

Hello, we were on the holiday in Croatia 3 times. We have 2 small children. This accommodation was the most cozy for us. At the apartments we had everything we needed. Klenovica was a pretty primor village. The beaches were great. Also the staff was very friendly and the price was excellent. Also encourage others. Marek and his family

Nicely furnished apartment, with all the most urgent, you need to leave. There is enough space for two adults, a baby crawling around and the dog. The beach is close, convenient access for children also enough shade. You only need a little luck with the weather. We had a great vacation.

We (2 women) spent 10 days in the beautiful studio and will come back for sure. Quiet, well maintained, clean and above all - sunset !!! A dream!

I recommend to everyone

6 days of pure relaxation. The apartment is lovely (we were in the studio). Everything was perfect, spotlessly clean, equipped and supplied with linens and towels. The terrace where every night we watched the sunset a Chicca. The sea is 2 minutes. We also had a small dog with us.

Be sure to visit the site of interest for the orderly environment, nice and clean apartments and friendly hosts.
