A great place to relax away from the city bustle and noise.Mega positive owners! The area around the lodge is super developed, lots of greenery, decorative shrubs and plants! You can barbecue, relax in the evening on the huge terrace. The large fully equipped apartment allows guests to move freely. Rooms and bathrooms very clean, decorated with taste. Very friendly owners, always available in the service, cleanliness at the 5 star hotel level, very large apartment with lots of space, and at first glance it is seen, as is regularly and permanently maintained. The large terrace overlooking the Kanica Bay gives the apartment an added value. Surrounding the apartment is very nicely decorated, very beautiful and is seen with the love of well-groomed flowers. The end of Kanica is quiet and anyone looking for rest and peace is a real location. The union with Angelo and Dujam gave us a holiday and I hope it was pleasant to them in our society. The scenic position of the Canary, emerald water, very spacious, clean apartment with full facilities of the rooms and kitchen. Terrace with two tables can comfortably accommodate 8 people. In addition, there is a covered parking place and an external shower. Very nice, helpful and without conflicting home owners. The shop is a bit of a road, but fresh bread and milk is delivered daily under the house. Gravel beach right next to the apartment, second, concrete for about 10 minutes walk.

Kanica is a beautiful and quiet place situated in a bay with the view to the open sea. The water is crystal clear there. There is a small accessible beach along with many other small private beaches which are man made and flat allowing access to the sea. The villa itself is spacious, allowing for 5 persons but could fit more, easily up to 7 people. The view from the terraces ( there are two) is especially breathtaking. The pictures of this villa and location are exactly matching the reality. The owners are very nice and kind. Very helpful in whatever you may need. We asked about a boat hire and Andjela managed to secure the hire in 1/2 hour since asking. Andjela speaks English which is very helpful. I will definitely come back here and will recommend this villa to friends.

I can only recommend this lovely, specious and quiet yet fully equipped villa overlooking the Kanica bay. The views are breathtaking, the sea is crystal clear with patches of accessible man-made beaches. The owners are very kind and helpful and they will be making your stay comfortable and private as it gets. Andela speaks English. The tiny bay and village has a small restaurant and it is important to get here by the car to avoid disappointment of not having access to the fresh groceries or other night life but in the same time Razanj is only 10 min drive and Rogoznica 15. I have visited Croatia ten times by now and always enjoyed the stay but I would like to return to this place and villa again.

In Kanica we spend a good holiday. Owners are very friendly. Because we larger family you loved the spacious apartment and a large terrace. The equipment in the apartment we were satisfied. We wanted a quiet holiday in the vicinity of clean sea - and we got it. Very satisfied.

The apartment is very large and has a covered parking. Practically, the outdoor shower. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessities, where there were only small towels and no bath towels. Pleasant would be a shower curtain / wall instead of bathtub (with 4 people, the ground quickly wet while showering). The terrace with 2 seats is very large and you can enjoy a great view! In 2 minutes, the quiet bay is easily accessible, the water is clean. A sunshade is recommended as the shadow spaces are limited. A sun does not exist. The homeowner and a sweet dog live on the ground floor and are very nice and helpful !! The grill can be used. Super had to buy bread, milk and biscuits also the mobile breakfast service. A total of we have felt ourselves very well away from mass tourism!

Everything that followed was really great. Beaches with no crowd, where you have your own space, the plateau is cemented with a lot of stairs to exit the water and extremely friendly hosts, very helpful and willing to help, whether it is a call to the dentist, or asking for advice for a butcher shop, the store, where it is best to park in the nearby cities and more info. They have a very good red wine which are glad to offer. Angela, thank you for an unforgettable vacation, we spent a wonderful location with perfect peace, which allowed us to relax after a lot of stressful days at the office. Very nice are the first words with which to describe our vacation this year. It was a beautiful place to visit, the best place to stay, if you need to have a rest, quiet and peace. The house is about 2 minutes far to the sea, the facility of the apartement was perfect for us, like kitchen, rooms, terrace, etc . I recommend it for families, the owner was very friendly.
