The advantage of this accommodation unit is the distance to the beach itself, as stated 70 m (2 min), you don't have to use a car at all. The distance to the store is 500 m (10 min) by the sea or by car (2 min). The accommodation offer also includes a yard with a grill, swings, a trampoline, a gazebo for hanging out, also with a grill. Accommodation facilities (apartments) are of high quality and fully equipped (satellite, TV, air conditioning, internet, dishwasher, cold water machine). All apartments have separate entrances, so you have complete privacy. Each accommodation unit has a loggia, and each room has a balcony, all with a view of the sea and the bay. Payment upon arrival of guests or two days before departure. The booked appointment is charged in full, except in exceptional situations when the guest has to end his stay in the facility earlier. Reservations by e-mail. Payment can also be made through banks to a specific account that is agreed upon later. Advance payment is charged in the amount of 2 (two) days of stay. An extra bed is charged €15. Final cleaning of the accommodation unit is charged €50. Children up to 7 years old do not pay for accommodation. Children from 7 to 12 years old pay €10. Entry to the accommodation unit is from 14:00. Departure is until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

I don't know where to start. We came to Mr. Dražen's for three summers. We were in all three apartments. They are excellent...I was most impressed by the neatness of the apartment: clean and very clean. The equipment is excellent. Mr. Dražen is an excellent host, kind, polite and approachable. We felt relaxed and welcome. Beautiful view of the sea, landscaped yard full of greenery, facilities for children... the beach is close, just a great short walk to it. We never tolerate the same place - but the apartment, the peace and the friendliness of the owners is more than excellent. The apartment is clean, tidy. Two years ago, we went to another location to meet other places in Croatia - but this apartment and location is still top. Ideal for families, walks and the very town of Rab is close by to visit it by car. Safe location - where we'll be back soon
