We stayed in a studio apartment with the most beautiful view. The terrace is really huge and has a covered part (roof), but otherwise there is no direct sun. The studio is located right at the top, which is a big advantage when "moving" from and to the apartment - there are garages and parking spaces for cars at the top. The apartment is located right next to the main road, which is not busy even in high season. You can reach the store by car in 2 minutes. The studio in which we stayed for 10 days was wonderful. Everything extra clean and ready for your arrival. Very nicely furnished, you can find everything you need in it! All equipment is of high quality and new, or very, very little used. All costs (cleaning, registration fee, tax and other) are included in the price of the stay. An outdoor shower and a barbecue fireplace are also available for shared use. On the common terrace you can play table tennis, darts, you can borrow a sup. The owners are really so nice and kind, they are wonderful! I wrote to them via email and they answered me immediately and in my language! It happened that two families applied for the same apartment at the same time (one by phone, one by email). Therefore, the owner asked her son if he could give us his apartment (studio), for which I am really very very grateful! The beach is very close, only a few meters, but there are steps, but it is not as bad as it looks in the pictures. The immediate first beach is concrete, and 10 meters further you have sand and pebbles, also a well-kept and clean beach. The beach is not so crowded, sometimes we were alone, which really surprised me. It is also accessible by car! The sea is really clean, turquoise in color, you can see 15 meters deep! The water is warm, it was 25-26 degrees. We are very satisfied with the holiday and the choice, and we will come back! If you want top owners, an impeccable apartment, peace and clean sea, this apartment is the best choice!

We have had a pleasure to spend 2 weeks in the studio apartment of Apartmani Ugljan in Kali and these were absolutely the most laidback and relaxed to weeks in a long time. The apartment itself was just perfect for our needs, clean tidy, spacious and really well equipped. On top of it every morning we were greeted with absolutely spectacular view of the blue bay beneath bright skies, which made the breakfasts on a wide terrace even better. Worth pointing out is also the proximity of the beaches and the seaside and the awesomely easygoing owners who are always happy to help and answer any question. All in all a great stay and we will recommend it to anyone looking for a great time in an amazingly beautiful place.

Very nice holiday. The apartment takes care of everything you need on holiday, from towel wipes, dishwasher cleaner, washing machine. Shop, beach buffet nearby. Very nice fireplace, only unfortunately too often used. I hope to return next year. I recommend Lp. Borut

The studio apartment is well equipped and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The appearance and equipment of the apartment surpass the photos, and the view from the terrace is worth every penny spent on rent.

We stayed for 10 days in August 2020 ... in a modernly equipped, newly renovated, functionally perfectly equipped apartment. The hosts Rose and Drago are beautiful, kind, unobtrusive ... simply the hosts to be desired. As for the location, the house is in the best place in Kali..you are in the store by car in a minute, a short walk along the sea in 15 minutes you will reach a restaurant, cafe, and the beach is literally down the stairs from the house. Since the house is on an elevated shoots a beautiful view from the balcony of the turquoise sea in which if you are as lucky as we can see the Dolphins. At night, a dose of romance is given by the view of Zadar whose lights are reflected in the sea. It is a pleasure to sit on the terrace listening to crickets and the sound of the sea not only in the evening with dinner and a glass of wine but at any time of day because due to the position of the house there is never direct sun on the terrace. A drive of only a few minutes leads to Kukljica, a sweet little town with many different bars located right by the sea. The perfect place to relax, the sea beautifully clean, in general An island full of beautiful coves that we have just begun to explore ... which means that we are definitely returning to Kali with our dear hosts.

In this apartment we felt great ... it is fully equipped, with a perfect view. Rose & Drago are wonderful and will meet anything. I warmly recommend it to everyone!

We have spent 6 days in this apartment and I would like to recommend it to everybody who seeks for peace and beautiful views. It is located about 2 km from the city centre of Kali, so there are no night bars/clubs/disco/restaurants in the neighborhood. If you want to go to such places you have to take a car and drive to Preko/Kukljica/Ugljan/etc. What you get in return? Beautiful see view from the terrace, very big, new, perfectly equipped apartment, suitable for up to 6 persons. The apartment is located 40 meters from a nice, small bay, where you can swim and dive for hours. If you want to swim you do not have to pack the things, drive or walk long distance - you simply go downstairs dressed in the swimming suit and that\'s it! Want to take a break - 40 meters and you are in your apartment. Also the sea view is very nice, especially in the evening when you can see Zadar with all the lights on, and because the terrace is facing East, you never sit in direct sunlight. The closest shops are about 1,5 km away so it only takes 2 minutes by car. Last but not least - very nice hosts - everything was prepared for our arrival, and although we do not speak Croatian, we had some small conversations. If we ever go to Croatia again we will definitely consider this location as one of the first options..
