The landlord lives on the ground floor and is always available to guests. The property is a 10-minute walk to two beaches. Both beaches are not accessible by car. Havišće beach is reached by wide stone steps, through a grove. It is not practical to use a baby stroller on that beach. By agreement and as needed to store things, it is possible to use the garage located on the beach Havišće. Use of air conditioning is charged 2 € per day, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment and terms

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation by the guest:
