In front of the entrance to the house is a private parking lot and a large terrace - courtyard - and fireplace - grill -. The beaches on the island of Iž are rocky, sandy and concrete. If the guest has a boat, the owner of the house can provide free mooring, the guest does not pay the residence tax in the price of the house.
