Fully equipped small holiday house in a quiet area of Mali Iž, located 10 minutes walk from the ferry port Bršanj and 15 minutes walk from the center and the port of Komoševo. The facility is located about 250 meters from the sea and 70 meters from the main road. A pedestrian path leads to the building and parking is provided along the road. The house is located in a garden of olives and Mediterranean plants, neighboring facilities are about 100 m away, the owner does not stay in the house, which ensures peace and complete privacy, and the beach, market, cafe ..... is at a distance of 5 to 10 minutes walk. The house has an area of 69 m2 - kitchen and living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, bedroom bed 160X200, living room has two beds 90x200, LED TV, DVD, radio and board games. The kitchen and living room open onto a terrace of 35 m2, with a beautiful sea view. The terrace is covered and equipped with electric grill, outdoor furniture and deck chairs.

In the season, the island of Iž is well connected with Zadar - two ferries, a catamaran and a boat, which allows you one-day trips to Zadar, and on Sundays a visit to the neighboring island of Rava. One-day trips to the Kornati islands are also organized from the island of Iž. During the summer, traditional festivities and several different cultural and entertainment events are organized on the island.

The house stands in a beautiful and quiet location and is a few minutes walk from the sea. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden which was also enjoyed by our dog. The terrace is large and offers pleasant shade and a beautiful view. Mrs. Mirjana is a great host and I recommend her house to all those who like peace and privacy on vacation, who like to cook something good for themselves and all those who enjoy nature. Take your bike with you on vacation. So exploring the island of Iz was the most beautiful for us.

We had a beautiful stay at Mirjana´s place. The house itself is awesome, very clean, spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and a lot of towels to use. Moreover, the garden around the house is beautiful. We apprecited the most a big terrace with a sea view, where we stayed the whole time. The house is quite isolated from other houses which we liked a lot. Mirjana is a lovely woman who was very helpful. We came to IZ without the car, which was a good decision. In fact, you have everything in a small village, which is nearby. I really recomend Mirjana´s house to nature lovers.

The house is located in a great location in Mali Iž with a view of the sea. It has a huge landscaped garden that offers plenty of peace. Suitable for couples who want peace on vacation, but there are two extra beds in the house next to the double bed. It has the best equipped kitchen in Dalmatia, which we saw with our wife. The car park is located 100 meters from the house, which is plus plus as a minus, because this house gives it a special charm because of its slight distance. The sea is 5 minutes walk, and the store is 10 minutes away. Well-arranged promenades along the sea, and notable beaches are not. But it offers peace and genuine contact with nature, the sea.

We had a wonderful vacation with a very kind lady. Mirjana. The house is in a beautiful garden, though detached from the sea but with a beautiful sea view. Apartment, terrace, garden allow for quiet stay, no noise, which I recommend to others who want a peaceful vacation. Island Iž is ideal for a quiet vacation, walking, finding coves as well as good food. We come again next year.

We spent our holiday in Salvia, Mali Iz and it was really fantastic. Can recommend to people who like privacy and peaceful surrounding (except cicadas ) The owner was very hospitable, garden was simply magical - with herbs and mediterranean plants. BBQ place we used really very often as well as the big terrace with seaview. The island is small - we walked around it and discovered all the ancient villages and churches. Can\'t recommend to people who look for night life and restaurants or bars as Mali Iz is really small village with one market and one restaurant. More restaurants you can find in Veli Iz if needed. The house is equipped with everything what you need for amazing holidays and so we already booked it also for next season, THANK YOU!
