Our apartments are located in Mali Iz on the island of Iž. A little place is quiet and quiet, just for lovers of beautiful landscapes and scents. In the house there are four apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the floor, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. Apartments are fully equipped, beautifully and modernly decorated. They have TV, DVD, air conditioning, and in the yard of the house there is a barbecue. In front of the house there is a private parking, as well as a beach suitable for children. Only 3 minutes walk is a shop, cafe, restaurant and ambulance. In the village of Veli Iž, only 5 minutes away by car, there are various restaurants, marinas, post offices and marinas.

The island is reached by an hourly drive by ferry and departs from the new port of Gaženica (Zadar). You can enter the apartment as early as you arrive and if you are unsure of finding a house we can meet you on the ferry. The term is reserved by deposit payment of 10%, upon availability confirmation.

Nearby is also a hotel where dance parties, massages, gong sessions are often organized. Just 5 minutes by car there are post office, ATM, marques, marinas and various restaurants. During the season there is also a party with a live band and a celebration until the morning. The island is ideal for people looking for peace and quiet, full of beaches where you can be alone. The sea is clean and clear, and the nights are pleasant to sleep.
