The apartments are located in a quiet part of Veli Iz's. The house is located close to local beaches, and yet not so close to the summer crowds bother guests. The apartments are located in the Dalmatian herbs. Palms, olives, figs and other plants create a pleasant climate guests. The apartments have their own parking, which is free of charge. The house is a great barbecue which guests can use. The place has seven restaurants, a number of bars, shops, souvenir shops, a museum, a church, a marina and a workshop for indigenous İskele ceramics.
