Family house Helen is located on Mali Iž near the sea (in solitude) in the bay Bršanj. Within the house there is a separate barbecue with table and chairs and a landscaped garden and parking. Two terraces, overlooking the sea, It consists of 2 floors. Lower floor: 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 franc. bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Dinning room. Open kitchen (hob, oven, freezer). Shower / WC. Upper floor: (outdoor steps) living / dining room 35m2 with satellite-TV. receiver and WI Fi. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 franc. bed (160 cm, length 200 cm and extra bed of 90cmx 200cm). Exit to the balcony. Second room with 1 bed (160cm, length 200cm). Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, freezer). Shower / WC. Pets are allowed.

Payment and terms
Payment in cash or by bank transfer. When booking, payment of 30% of the agreed price to the bank account. Arrival and departure times by appointment. For everything else by arrangement. Tourist tax is included in the price. The house can be rented as a holiday house on both floors (from 01.07-31.08) 8 + 1 persons at a price of 150 €, or separately on each floor (on the upper 4 + 1 persons at a price of 90 €) and the lower floor 2+ 1 person 65 €.
Residential tax is included in price.
