You can make the payment in euros. You can make the reservation on the account of the owner of the apartment. The down payment you pay is 1/3 of the full amount. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is returned if the user cancels up to one month earlier, after that period the advance payment is not returned. Check in between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., check out no later than 10:00 a.m.
