It is a newly constructed building, which consists of three floors and a ground floor used by the owner of the apartment and first floor with two apartments and second floors with one apartment .. All apartments, especially the one on the second floor that is modern furnished and equipped, balcony with a nice view of the sea and the greater part of the village Grebaštica provided that there is a terrace on the first floor, the largest, stretching from one side to another object. In case of availability of only one apartment's terrace can be used as a single entity, whereas in the case of availability of both apartments terrace diagonally divided high screen that provides a good visual privacy of each user of the apartment. The beach is a concrete-gravel with shady areas under trees.

The apartment is more than enough for the two of us, the view from the terrace is magical and with morning coffee and in the evening, our biggest advantage is the proximity to the beach. All in all, we plan to come again. A recommendation for everyone who wants to spend their vacation in peace away from the noise and bustle of the beaches.

The hosts are wonderful, and the facility, in its location and content, fully meets the needs for a quiet and quality vacation, without the noise and any effort. The pictures completely reflect the object whose special quality is the beautiful terrace. I would recommend it especially for people who for different reasons do not like long trips to the beach and back. We are very likely to return.
