The house is located in the first and only row to the sea with a large garden in the green and pine forest. It is an architectural blend of modern and traditional Dalmatian houses with mosaics, stone sculptures and stone paths that lead through a spacious Mediterranean garden with local plant and tree plants such as fragrant lavender, rosemary, smell and olive trees, figs and lemons ... In our garden Guests can enjoy preparing meals on several outdoor barbecues and enjoy a pleasant companion on the spacious stone terrace with a large rustic stone table. The house, surrounded by woods and a Mediterranean garden with a crystal-clear, azure blue sea on the other hand, is an ideal place for unique moments of peace and relaxation. The sea is only 5 meters away from the house; private beach and shore approx. 60m mostly used only by our guests as stone mole with mosaic and a wooden floating pontoon in the extension.

To confirm your reservation you will need to pay an advance in the amount of 30% of the total price and the remaining amount upon arrival when applying for cash. We do not accept credit cards. Arrival time from 14.00h, and departure time until 10.00h, or prior arrangement. Upon arrival the guest will be charged a 100 € damages. The plunder is fully refunded when the apartment is checked at the time of departure. Pets are allowed. Supplement for dog 10 € / day.
