Detailed description

Spacious and fully equipped apartments with a sea view, in the center of Gradac, next to the coast (sea). In front of the house there is a garden with a space for afternoon breaks, ideal for light tea and coffee or reading a book of your choice. Parking for guests is provided. In addition to standard equipment, the apartment includes air conditioning, satellite TV, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and additional equipment such as a microwave oven, a kettle, and even a hair dryer. The proximity of shops, restaurants and ATMs additionally provides the guest with a nicer and more relaxed vacation without nervousness, all within a radius of a maximum of 100 meters. (everything is "within reach of the guest") The facility has a slogan: "Like at home".

Payment and terms
An advance payment of 30% of the total amount is paid when the reservation is agreed upon. Payment of the rest of the amount is upon arrival or by agreement. The costs for refunds of the advance payment transaction are borne by the canceling party, the advance payment is returned within 40 days. The price includes the use of the air conditioner (there is no limit on the operation of the air conditioner), tourist tax. Parking is free for guests. If necessary, we deliver a voucher. House rules are highlighted in the apartment. With the fact that the emphasis is on arriving at the apartment from 2:00 p.m. and, of course, leaving the apartment by 9:00 a.m. Upon leaving the apartment, guests should leave clean behind, we are responsible for the final cleaning. If necessary, we do laundry for guests. All other points of the house rules and information are done with the guests upon arrival. Certainly, if you need any other information, we are here to answer you.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
1. The refund of the advance payment (advance payment) in the entire amount is returned to the guest in case he cancels more than 40 days from the date of arrival. (scheduled appointment) 2. Refund of advance payment of half of the paid amount is returned if it is a family tragedy, illness and similar circumstances. Likewise, half of the advance payment is returned if the guest cancels the reservation for more than 20 days. 3. Likewise, the guest can leave his advance payment for the next year. 4. If we rent within the deadline after canceling the appointment, it is possible to return the deposit. 5. If we cancel the guest, we bear the refund of the deposit and transaction costs. 6. The cost of the return transaction is borne by the guest if he cancels the reservation. Of course, for any further information, we are here to answer you if there is any ambiguity. Great

We spent a great vacation in Maria's apartment. The apartment has a great location right by the beach, a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony, a perfectly equipped large kitchen, a large bathroom with toilet and two spacious bedrooms. There is a large parking lot not far from the house. Around the house there is everything you need, shop, bakery, restaurant. We thank the great host for a pleasant vacation.
