The house is in a quiet bay, first row to the sea, near sports and entertainment facilities (tennis court, mini golf, water park, rental of water scooters, pedalos, bicycles). It is surrounded by a garden with vines, kiwi, olives and lemons, flowers and herbs that are available to guests. In the garden there is a terrace with a pergola, 50 m2, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. On the same floor there are 3 rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioners, terraces, room refrigerators and safes (2 double and 1 triple. We can add an extra bed). In the courtyard of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with two large refrigerators, a freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave oven, 2 kettles, a toaster, a filter coffee machine and other necessary accessories. There is an open parking lot in front of the house, and we also have our own parking lot in the shade, which is locked and covered. Pets are allowed.

Upon agreement of the reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total rental amount for the accommodation is paid to the giro account of the host. Guests pay the rest upon arrival. The ideal guest arrival time is 2:00 p.m. and departure time is 9:00 a.m.

Pebble beach Guests are welcomed with a welcome drink and their own seasonal fruit, which is included in the price. The host can, according to the guest's wishes, organize a ride in his own boat or organize excursions to interesting nearby destinations, which are charged separately. The house can also be rented as individual units (rooms with use of the kitchen)

We first stayed with Katja a few days ago. All praise for the hosts, for the accommodation as well as for the environment. There is not a single thing to be mistaken for. I heartily recommend this vacation spot to both young people and couples with children and the elderly. Everything is close. The beach is great, the sea is clear, there are no crowds. Wonderful place - walk down the steps, cross the road and you are on the beach - small but with beautiful views. Accommodation very nice and clean as well as kitchen and outdoor terrace. Super accommodation! we go there every year. The owners of the cottage are very pleasant, willing to help with anything. Indeed, we have not experienced better accommodation in Croatia! The sea is just outside the house, the beach is clean, it is right in Gradac, so there is a supermarket, a market, a port, a restaurant nearby. We can only recommend!
