Both apartments have their own mini kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Free internet available in the entire facility. Free parking. The house is rented out as a whole, and the guest has complete privacy. The owner lives nearby.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation one month before arrival, the advance payment is returned in full (100%), but the guest bears the bank's costs. In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 15 days before arrival, 50% of the advance payment is returned. Bank charges on the guest's account. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 15 days before arrival, the advance payment is not returned.
