Gospić is a town in Croatia, a municipality and administrative center of the Lika-Senj County, as well as the informal center of Lika, the highest Croatian region. Gospić has an extremely interesting geographic position on the crossroads leading from continental Croatia to the sea, on the plateau beneath the highest Croatian mountain of Velebit.
