The capacity of the building consists of 2 apartments, the first one located on the ground floor of the building, size 22 m2, suitable for a maximum of 2 people per apartment, and the second one on the floor suitable for a maximum of 6 people per apartment. Each apartment has comfortable double beds, a kitchen, and a classic three-seater sofa that can easily be converted into a comfortable extra bed if necessary. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI internet, TV. Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Crna Punta is located in Karin Bay, 5 minutes from Karin, 40 km from Zadar.

The price list for accommodation is displayed next to each individual apartment. When making a reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total agreed amount is made to the current account of the owner of the facility, thus confirming the reservation, while the rest is paid upon arrival at the facility. The highlighted price in the price list for each apartment is increased for the use of an additional bed: per person 15 eur per day. For just 1 night in the apartment, the price of the stay, which is highlighted in the price list, will be increased by €10 in all periods. Furthermore, you can start using the rented apartment on the day of arrival at the facility after 2:00 p.m., while the time of departure from the facility is no later than 10:00 a.m.

The accommodation is excellent. Everything is as in the photos. Very clean and tidy. The landlady is unobtrusive and always ready to help. We were given an extra set of bed linen after we got it dirty. The beach is beautiful in the shade. Suitable for holidays with very small children. The kitchen is equipped with dishes. The apartment really has no flaws.

Although it is not my first time here, I am always surprised by something new. Apart from top-notch cleanliness, the owners also bring a touch of freshness to the apartment. Whether it's new wallpaper, a cover, or a complete renovation of the space itself... it doesn't matter, the experience is always Woow! This year, we were greeted with fruit and cookies a small table in the room. Very pleasant for the palate and refreshing after the trip. The beach is right next to the house, restaurant and shop as well. Jelena, Mio and their wonderful daughter Tena are special, pleasant and not intrusive. We stayed in a studio apartment, very nicely decorated, we had everything we needed. Romantic atmosphere in the evening with lighting in the yard. From the yard to the sea and swimming without limits... The hosts are very nice. It was a nice and peaceful vacation!!

We stayed for a week in a studio apartment. Perfect accommodation! The appearance of the apartment is identical to the pictures, cleanliness and tidiness at a very high level (all credit to the hosts). Even the kettle, on which limescale can be caught, was boiled and immaculately clean. We are thrilled! The beach is 20 steps from the yard, beautiful trees, shade ... simply lovely. Ideal for staying with small children! Shop "2 houses away" .., gentleman helpful, kind ... For all those who are not fans of crowds and hustle and bustle ... Hosts friendly, kind, helpful ... very pleasant (unfortunately I did not meet the owner but her mother and mother-in-law) ... In a word ... Phenomenal !!! I hope to see you again
