Apartments Suzy are located in Fažana near Brijuni National Park and near Pineta camp. They are located in a quiet neighborhood near a pine forest. Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace. The wood-burning grill is located in the apartment's yard. They are about a 10-minute walk from the beach along a path through a pine forest. The apartments are air-conditioned with free internet access and satellite TV. They are equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, bed linen and towels. Each apartment has a free parking space as well as free charging of electric cars. Fažana is a small, quiet, coastal town with a lot of interesting facilities and a well-maintained promenade by the sea.

Tourist tax is included in the price. Payment is in cash in euros or bank transfer (internet banking) on the same day of arrival. An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to confirm the reservation. Arrivals are from 15-24. Departures are until 10. On the day of arrival, guests leave a deposit of €100 in case of material damage. In the case of a shorter stay than specified in the reservation calendar, 30% more than the stated price per night is payable.

We spent last week here with three children. The area is calm, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and equipped with everything needed. This is what we have been looking for in Croatia for many years - a spacious, comfortable apartment on the ground floor for up to 6 people, with a terrace among olive trees, in a quiet area. Lots of space in the rooms and equipment allowing for a long stay - a large fridge, a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine and many other useful things. The apartment is clean, well-kept, refined and perfectly furnished. The windows have mosquito nets and blackout blinds, as well as air conditioning that allows you to take a break from the heat. Very nice and communicative hosts live in the house next door, you can always count on their help and valuable tips. In addition, you can buy olive oil from this family farm. The apartment is nicely furnished. The beach (stone beach) and the city center is about 15 minutes on foot. When we arrived, mineral water, wine and fruits were for us! All in all, it was very nice for us. Very nice and friendly landlord! Highly Recommended!

Stayed in August 2018. We were very pleasantly welcomed by the hosts. The 2+2 apartment on the ground floor is a large, nicely decorated, clean and very well equipped, better than the description (hair dryer, towels, kettle). Change of towels and bedding during your stay (we were staying 11 nights). Large garden with space for parking. There is a place for an evening barbecue. 15 minutes to the beach on foot. The historic Pula and large supermarkets 15 minutes by car. Thank you Suzy

The apartment was sensational. Modern and well equipped. Apartment perfect for holidays. Great for family with children as well as for group of friends.
