The facility is located in a quiet part of the tourist and fishing town of Fažana, a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the center. The apartments are fully and modernly equipped. There is parking in front of the house, and on the back side, facing the sea, in a beautiful Mediterranean garden, there is a barbecue and a large wooden table for pleasant gatherings of a large number of guests. Nearby are beautiful promenades along the sea, bicycle paths, and sports and recreational facilities. In recent years, Fažana itself has been constantly investing in arranging the place and designing tourism-related facilities. Guests of all ages recognize this and are happy to return. Thus, 80% of our capacity is occupied by regular guests. As hosts, we are at our guests' disposal at all times, from necessary information to services that ensure a relaxed and carefree vacation, available to every guest.

It is necessary to pay a reservation fee of 30% of the total accommodation amount and the rest is paid upon arrival or as agreed. An extra bed is charged at €10 for adults and €6 for children. Arrival time is from 4 pm and departure time is until 10 am. It is preferable that arrivals and departures are on Saturdays, but it is not a requirement. Upon arrival, in addition to the rest of the bill, a deposit of €150 is charged, which is returned upon departure if there is no damage or disorder. The guest is obliged to leave the kitchen and bathroom clean. Parking spaces (4) in front of the house are charged at €6 per day, but if there are no free spaces, the guest will be provided with a space in the immediate vicinity.
Residential tax is included in price.If there is a cancellation due to illness or the like, 50% of the advance payment is returned or the entire amount is transferred as a reservation for the next year.

Rocky beach In addition to renting accommodation, all necessary information is provided and various activities can be arranged if necessary: purchasing local wine, oil, various types of brandy, cheese, sausages, prosciutto, souvenirs, organized excursions, renting means of transport such as scooters, cars, aircraft, boats, etc. In the immediate vicinity and further afield, there are rural households with excellent local products of food, drinks, souvenirs - to which we are happy to refer guests upon request. The town itself and the surrounding area abound in various cultural events to which we are happy to refer guests with all necessary information from the content to possibly tickets.
