The facility is located in a quiet part of the tourist and fishing village of Fažana, a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the center. The apartments are fully and modernly equipped. There is a parking lot in front of the house, and at the back, facing the sea, in the beautiful Mediterranean garden, there is a barbecue and a large wooden table for pleasant gatherings of a large number of guests. Nearby are beautiful promenades by the sea, bicycle paths and sports and recreational facilities. In recent years, Fažana herself has been constantly investing in organizing places and creating content related to tourism. Guests of all ages recognize this and are happy to return. Thus, 80% of our capacity is occupied by regular guests. As hosts, we are available to our guests at all times, from necessary information to services that ensure a relaxed and carefree vacation, available to every guest.

It is necessary to pay for the reservation, which is 30% of the total amount of the accommodation, and the rest is paid upon arrival or as agreed. An extra bed is charged €10 for adults and €6 for children. Arrival time is from 14:00 and departure time is until 10:00. It is desirable that arrivals and departures are on Saturdays, but it is not a requirement. Upon arrival, in addition to the rest of the bill, a deposit of 100 EUR is charged, which is returned upon the guest's departure if there was no damage or disorder. There is no charge for parking spaces (4) in front of the house, but if there is no free space, the guest is provided with a parking space in the immediate vicinity, which for a period of 1 week amounts to a total of €10.
