Been there back in 2013 and it was perfect! The house is very well equiped and suitable for families with small kids, location and neighbourhood was quiet and peacefull. There is litterally nothing I could complain about exept the relavity of time as that holiday passed away in an eyeblink. If you are hesitating - don't be. There is a reason why it's rated as Fantastic.

The house and the courtyard are clean and very picturesque. The location is excellent, next to everything you need. The home was perfect. We rented the whole house. It was big, spacious, welll equipped and the location was perfect as you are 10mins from Pula city centre and central to all Istria. We expecially loved the bbq area outside. We made use of this every night. The owners were fantastic, helpful and very kind and understanding. Best holiday home owners I have ever encountered. I recommend this home to all, families and singles. The location was perfect expecially since we wanted to explore all of Istria, Venice and Trieste. I would definitely stay here again.

We hired the whole house for over a week. It is very spacious, clean, modern and the layout is perfect, especially if you are a few family's or couples. We made so much use of the outside area with BBQ. The location of the house is perfect if you want to explore all of Istria by car and you can even walk to the town/beach easily. The owners were fantastic. Nicest people I have ever met through my travels. Very hospitable and understanding.

Stayed August 2014. We were very pleasantly welcomed by the hosts and farewells. Contact Aleksandar English perfect. The apartment on the ground floor is a large, nicely decorated, clean and very well equipped, better than the description. Change of towels during your stay. Large garden with space for parking. There is a place for an evening barbecue. 10-15 minutes to the beach on foot. The historic Pula and large supermarkets 15 minutes by car.

We were beginning Sept. 2013 guest at Fam Nikolic. We were very friendly and received in perfect German. The apartment upstairs is large, nicely decorated, very clean and better equipped than in the description (the washing machine worked). There are almost everywhere good mosquito and Sonnnenschutz. By location away from the beach (10 minutes walk) and the main road it was usually very quiet. Highly recommended for the best price-performance ratio.
